How to Subscribe for Ongoing Access to a Recorded Service

How long can I watch the recording?

After a service takes place, the recording is available to watch online for a set period of time — typically 30 days, though this varies depending on the funeral home. The exact date your access expires is shown on the viewing page.

If you'd like to keep access after this date, you can subscribe for extended access.

How to subscribe for extended access

1. Open the recording link you received by email or from the funeral home.
2. In the top right corner of the page, click Extended Access.
3. Scroll down and click Get Started.
4. Enter your payment details to complete the subscription.

Once subscribed, you'll have ongoing access to the recording. Your subscription auto-renews each year.

Note: The price varies depending on the country in which the service took place. The exact amount will be shown on the payment page before you confirm.

Who can subscribe?

Anyone who has been given access to the service — whether via a direct link or an email invitation from the funeral home — can purchase a subscription.

What if I want a downloadable copy of the service?

We're working on bringing back a download option. In the meantime, if you'd like a copy of the recording saved to your device, please subscribe for extended access and then contact OneRoom support to request a copy of the service.
