Downloading a service
How to purchase a copy of the service from OneRoom
At the conclusion of a live-stream, you may receive an email with instructions on how to extend online access and purchase a download.
If you haven't received that email: click the "Download & Extend" button in the top-right corner of the stream to view your download options.
If you don't yet have a link to the stream itself: you'll need to be provided with that initial access from the funeral directors or next-of-kin.
If you have a link to the stream but cannot locate the "Download & Extend" button: email us at support@oneroomstreaming.com with the service details and we will help.
