Why does the service have no sound? (Premium)

Most issues with sound can be remedied with a few quick fixes:

  • If you are not hearing anything at all please check that your device volume is not muted.
  • Try viewing on another device if one is available.
  • Hover mouse on screen and click the volume icon in the utility bar at the bottom of the screen to see if the volume is turned up.
  • If you are experiencing an echo sound - please make sure the player has not been opened more than the once (and only in one 'tab' or window).

Why are some songs muted in the service?

To help funeral homes stay compliant with music copyright law, certain songs are muted in the recording.

Muted songs are listed in the playlist, and can be found in your preferred music platform.
