How Does Revenue Sharing Work for Extended Access of the Recording?

When a family or guest chooses to keep a recording online beyond the included 30-day period, your funeral home receives 20% of the fee. This is applied as a credit to your next monthly invoice.

How It Works

  • Your Revenue Share: 20% ($6) per paid extension

  • How You Receive It: As a credit on your next monthly invoice

  • Where to See It: Your invoice will show the number of extensions and the total credit applied

There’s no extra work involved. It’s passive income from a service you’re already providing, plus added value for the families you serve.

What Families and Guests See

After the 30-day viewing period ends, families and guests can choose to extend access to the recording for one year. Extensions are a one-time payment of $30 and will auto-renew each year unless cancelled. Cancellation can be done at any time through their account section on the recording, or by contacting support.
