Why does the service have no sound?

Most issues with sound can be remedied with a few quick fixes:

  • If you are not hearing anything at all please check that your device volume is not muted.
  • Try viewing on another device if one is available.
  • Hover mouse on screen and click the volume icon in the utility bar at the bottom of the screen to see if the volume is turned up.
  • If you are experiencing an echo sound - please make sure the player has not been opened more than the once (and only in one 'tab' or window).
