      Remote Stream Checklist

      Follow this checklist for each remote stream

      Prior to event

      1. Schedule Remote Stream
      2. Consider how you will connect your device to the internet when onsite (Wifi,4G Mobile data)
      3. Charge your mobile device
      4. Charge your battery backup
      5. Ensure you bring all items to offsite location

      Onsite

      1. Setup mobile stream kit
      2. Test wifi / 4G data connection
      3. Start live stream

      Post Event

      1. Check that live stream has archived properly on OneRoom console
      2. Review analytics for event
      3. Email invitation or stream link to family contact.
