      How to add or update your personalized message to guests

      Welcome and replay messages are a great way to greet online guests and strengthen their connection with your funeral home.

      These messages are set at the venue level, meaning they apply to all services streamed from your location and cannot be customized for individual services.

      Note: Only users with Venue Admin permissions can edit these messages.

       

      Steps to Add or Update Your Message

       

      Access Your Venue

        • Go to OneRoom Admin and log in using your email and password.
        • Navigate to the Venues section and select your venue.

      1. Locate the Message Section

        • Scroll down to the "Message from Funeral Home" section.
        • Here, you can write or edit your pre-event and post-event messages.

      2. Use Dynamic Tags (Optional)

        • Dynamic tags allow you to personalize the message with details like:
          • The decedent's name.
          • Your funeral home’s name.
          • Your funeral home’s contact details.
        • Click the "i" icon to view the available dynamic tags.



      3. Suggested Templates
