Step-by-step instructions:
Any service scheduled and recorded using the OneRoom system will be archived in our cloud storage to be watched or downloaded; at any time. As an admin user - you can download the service directly to your PC.
- Head to https://admin.oneroomstreaming.com/login
- Enter your login details
- Select Archived Events
- Scroll to the bottom of the page
- Select the service you wish to download
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page to download stream
- Click on the thumbnail of the stream and it will download directly to your PC
