There are three different types of access for any given person
1. Family Contact: Contracting family member(s) or next of kin
- Is able to receive the email invitation
- Can view service online live or later
- Have permission to download the recordings
- Will receive the Guest List once the service concludes
2. Invited Guest: Recipient of email invitation sent by the Family Contact
- Can view service online live or later
- Does NOT have permission to download recordings
3. Guest: Online attendee who has registered on the Guest List
- Can view service online live or later
- Does NOT have permission to download recordings
4. Funeral Director: Funeral Director or Service Arranger
- Has access to view services they are assigned
- Has ability to add Family Contact names and email addresses
- Is able to search scheduled and archived events
- Can download the service and give to the family
