There are three different types of access for any given person
1. Family Contact: Contracting family member(s) or Next of Kin
- Will receive the email invitation
- View service online live or later
- Download the recordings
2. Invited Guest: Invited by family to view service online
- View service online live or later
- Does NOT have permission to download recordings
3. Funeral Director: Funeral Director or Service Arranger
- Access to view services they are assigned
- Ability to add Family Contact names and email addresses
- Ability to search scheduled and archived events
